Job seeker complete Prism inventory
HR professional establish Prism benchmark for job positing and job description and requirements
AI model matches job seeker Prism Behavioral profile and job position profile benchmark
A list of perfect matches of behavioral profile, sector, experience, job requirements will be presented
Contact information will be shared with both parties.
The initial interviews will be conducted in TekoTalent with online meeting rooms.

b) Job Seeker will use TekoTalent as follows

Job seeker complete Prism inventory
Option A


Job seeker only gets Prism Brain mapping report
Option B


Job seeker only gets Prism Brain mapping report + Get consultancy
Option C


Job seeker only gets Prism Brain mapping report + Get consultancy and coaching sessions

c) HR professional will use TekoTalent as follows for team effectiveness

HR professionals plan to establish an effective team development
Each member of team will complete Prism team effectiveness inventory
Leader of the team and one person from outside of the team will complete Prism team effectiveness inventory
HR professionals received Prism Team effectiveness report as a one report style.
Workshops will be arranged to improve team effectiveness.

d) HR professional will use TekoTalent as follows for establish teams within company

HR professional establish Prism benchmark profile for each team member
Each possible member of team will complete Prism foundation inventory
AI model matches Team members Prism Behavioral profile and team position profile benchmark
HR professionals establish team according to matched members.
